"dhri dharayatiti dharmah"
Sage Bhrigu in his Manusmriti writes- non-hurtfulness, three dimensional honesty (physical, mental and emotional), non-misappropriation, outer and inner cleanliness and non-sensational attitude are common Dharma for all four classes of general population which means philosophical, warrior, commercial, labor oriented ones.
